1. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals. Access remains active until your current paid period ends.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • 100% refund request within 7 days of first purchase.
  • Refunds processed to original payment source within 7-10 business days.
  • One-time implementation/custom work is non-refundable after delivery.
